1. All animals will be sold with a 14 day health warranty. This warranty is limited to contagious diseases, parasites, and other transmittable conditions. All animals purchased from Stardust's should be quarantined for no less that 14 days before being added into your existing herd.

 

2. Our animals are bred for show, pet, and wool purposes. Some individual animals may be sold for meat, but we do not breed our animals for the meat industry.

 

3. All rabbits and cavies will be sold as pet, brood, or show animals. No animals will be sold as show or brood animals with any known disqualifications. Pet animals, however, are considered pet animals because of a specific DQ or breed fault.

 

4. Animals can be reserved ahead of time with a non refundable 50% deposit. Weaned animals will be held for no more than 2 weeks. Unweaned animals can be held for 1 week after the weaning date. After that date, they will be placed back onto the sales list.

 

5. Because of others' lack or responsibility, Stardust's can no longer accept personal checks. Cash or money orders only please.

 

6. I do not ship. Animals can be deilvered or picked up here. A gas fee may apply. (Please ask if you have any questions).

 

7. If you wish to have your name put on a list for a specific animal of a specific breed, sex, color, etc. a 20% deposit is required. In the event that we cannot provide the said animal, a refund or equivalent replacement will be provided.

 

8. Pedigrees are provided for all animals that are sold for brood or show. Pet animals WILL NOT be sold with a pedigree. We spend alot of time caring for our animals and culling out unwanted characteristics. We do not agree with spaying or nuetering rabbits, cavies, or any small rodents, but we ask that pet animals not be bred for the protection of the fancy. Pet animals are sold to happy, loving homes so they can live life the same as any other animal would. These animals are not desirable according to the show standard and should not be allowed to add to the overwhelming pet over-population.

 

9. As a resident of Massachusettes, I cannot sell an animal to a child under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to buy an animal, please have your parent contact me.

 

10. 4-H, FFA, Youth, and quantity discounts are available. Just ask!

 

11. We have the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason. We will make sure that perspective pet parents are adequately prepared for their new pet with the correct cage, food, bedding, etc.

 

12. Our animals are our pride and joy! We are here to help and assist you in any way possible. If you have any questions about you new pet, please feel free to contact us anytime. If for whatever reason you cannot keep you pet please return him to us and make arrangements to have him cared for. Animals abandondment is wrong, cruel, and unfair.
